Easy access. The road leads to the gate of the property. Inside, there is room to park two to three cars, depending on their size.

Although in an overall good state of maintenance, some finishing touches will probably be required, such as tiling the terrace (not obligatory), tidying up the storage/utility room with access from the garden, and maybe some work in the terraced gardens to clear the access to each terrace.
