Not really. There are other houses not far from the property. However, there are no services/amenities in the immediate vicinity. The closest groceries shop is 2 km from the property, in the village of Pari, more amenities are available in Civitella Paganico, which is a 10 km drive.
The property is not fenced in. Although the area and the spaces are ideal for dogs, for their safety and for the tranquillity of the owner/s, we would recommend fencing it.
